  1. If you need to reschedule, DO NOT CANCEL. Please contact us by replying to your booking confirmation email or fill out the Contact Us form with your name and phone number to reschedule.
  2. An email will be sent confirming the cancellation. Please respond to that email concerning your refund. Refunds are handled manually. Thank you for your understanding.
